Key Responsibilities

Install, configure, and troubleshoot CCTV, access control, alarm, and intercom systems.

Perform system integrations to ensure optimal functionality.

Lead security installation projects and provide technical guidance to junior technicians.

Diagnose and repair hardware and software issues related to security systems.

Conduct system testing and client training upon installation completion.

Ensure all work complies with industry standards and safety regulations.

Maintain detailed documentation of installations, service calls, and system performance.

Collaborate with project managers and clients to ensure seamless service delivery.

 

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in security system installation and maintenance.

Expertise in CCTV, access control systems, alarms, and networking.

Experience with DSC Alarms, Lenel, Avigilon, Kantech, CDVI, and Alarm.com (some or all will be considered an asset).

Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.

Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication and customer service abilities.

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel within the GTA.
